Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the platform as a guest, placing a bet, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the cv334 website or mobile platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
cv334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction

cv334 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of cv334 services, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your account lifetime.
One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cv334 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name or under different names or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. cv334 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cv334 is required to verify the identity of its players as a condition of operating a secure and compliant platform. KYC verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal and may also be triggered by significant deposit activity or at cv334's discretion at any time. KYC verification requires the submission of:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name).
Documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. cv334 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient. Processing of KYC documents typically takes between one and three business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv334 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. cv334 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the cv334 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv334 does not charge any currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cv334, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's cv334 account instantly. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are processed within a few minutes under normal circumstances. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, the player should contact cv334 support with the transaction reference number.
Funds deposited into a cv334 account may only be used for gambling on the cv334 platform. cv334 does not pay interest on account balances. Depositing funds with the primary intention of withdrawing them without engaging in genuine gambling activity constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- The player's KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals to other methods may take up to 24 hours.
- cv334 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
- cv334 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
Player Fund Protection
cv334 maintains player funds separately from operational funds. This segregation is designed to protect player BDT balances in the event of any operational disruption. cv334 does not use player funds for any operational, investment, or corporate purpose.
Bonuses & Promotions
cv334 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to the player's account in BDT and are denominated in BDT at all times.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
- Only bets placed using real-money funds count towards the clearing of a wagering requirement, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- cv334 reserves the right to specify which games or game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and sports bets may have separate contribution rules.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- In the event that a player attempts to withdraw funds before satisfying the wagering requirement on an active bonus, cv334 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from the bonus) from the withdrawal amount.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a cv334 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the cv334 welcome bonus, currently up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is only available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate account creation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Promotional Integrity
cv334 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, the rights of players who have already opted in and are actively participating in the promotion will not be prejudiced. cv334 also reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, collusion, or the exploitation of errors in promotional terms.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the cv334 platform. Individual game providers and sport categories may publish supplementary rules that are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface.
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on cv334 are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where cv334 exercises its right to void a bet (see below). Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. cv334 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
cv334 reserves the right to void any bet where:
- The bet was placed at odds that contained a manifest error (e.g., odds significantly out of line with the market due to a data feed error).
- The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise abandoned without the required amount of play having taken place.
- There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a match-fixing scheme or in collusion with other parties to exploit the market.
- The bet was placed after the relevant event or market has concluded (late-bet scenarios).
Casino Games
All casino games available on the cv334 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. cv334 does not operate the random number generators or game logic for these titles directly. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game, the session will be recorded and any stake that cannot be completed will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a game session affected by a technical error may be subject to review and adjustment.
Live Casino
Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer and displayed on screen. In the event of a disagreement between the player and the dealer regarding the outcome of a hand or spin, the studio system's recorded result shall be the definitive record. All live dealer sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv334 platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access or use a cv334 account.
- Multiple accounts: Operating more than one cv334 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the cv334 platform to launder money, process funds derived from criminal activity, or conduct any other form of financial fraud.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of third-party bonus-hunting software, collusion with other players, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after placing bets and using the resulting funds.
- Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, game operators, or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit in-play betting markets.
- Technical exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's systems.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the cv334 system, infrastructure, database, or administrative interface without express authorisation.
- Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct towards cv334 support staff or other players.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — the player or cv334 — may close a cv334 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
A player wishing to close their cv334 account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Before closure is finalised, cv334 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's verified payment method, provided all applicable conditions are satisfied. Closure requests are typically processed within five business days of receipt.
Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about problem gambling — are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure. Self-exclusion provides additional protections including suppression of all marketing communications and a re-registration cooling-off period. Closure or Suspension by cv334
cv334 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
- Discovery that the player is ineligible to use the platform (e.g., the player is under 18 or has an active self-exclusion from another platform).
Where an account is suspended or closed by cv334 due to suspected rule violation, cv334 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any internal or external investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). cv334 will notify the player by email prior to classifying the account as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover account maintenance costs. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv334, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cv334 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
- Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access attributable to the player's failure to maintain account security.
- Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions caused by events outside cv334's reasonable control.
- Errors in odds, prices, or payout calculations resulting from third-party data feed failures, provided cv334 takes reasonable steps to correct the error promptly upon discovery.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the payment provider rather than to cv334.
cv334's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cv334's liability for death or personal injury caused by cv334's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cv334 is incorporated and operates under its international licence.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute between you and cv334 regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or a promotional offer, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], providing your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. cv334 aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and to resolve the majority of cases within five business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to cv334's senior dispute resolution team by replying to the support thread and explicitly requesting escalation. The escalation team will review the case independently and issue a final decision within 14 business days.
- Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If you remain dissatisfied following the escalation process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Details of any applicable ADR scheme will be provided at the time of cv334's final decision.
During the pendency of a dispute, cv334 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant portion of the player's account balance. This hold will be lifted promptly once the dispute is resolved.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cv334 platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of cv334 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cv334 content without the express written permission of cv334.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the cv334 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cv334 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
